Qualifications

• Two years of cocktail-serving experience; country club experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and attitude; willingness to learn.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Banquet experience is a plus.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests on the East Lawn.
• Interact with members of all ages; maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team.
• Assist with banquet service as needed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COCKTAIL SERVER

The Baltimore Country Club is currently looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable Cocktail Server to join our Food and Beverage team! This individual will provide exceptional service to members and guests on the East Lawn. This position provides a rewarding experience and the ability to interact will members of all ages.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of Cocktail serving experience, country club experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn is an absolute must
• Must be available to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong knowledge or beer, wine and spirits
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
• Banquet experience is a plus
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
