Job summary

STK Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our high-energy front-of-house team. You’ll deliver elevated beverages with precision, greet guests warmly, and contribute to a memorable Vibe Dining experience.

Join a fast-paced, upscale environment where knowledge of spirits and mixology shines, and where teamwork and guest satisfaction are at the core of every shift. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology fundamentals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure.
• Impeccable communication skills and guest-focused mindset.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and energetic manner
• Take drink and appetizer orders promptly and accurately
• Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages with efficiency and presentation excellence
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and proper pairings
• Ensure all guest needs are anticipated and met with urgency and attention
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other FOH team members to maintain smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized cocktail serving station and assigned section
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Deliver the STK vibe through professional appearance, enthusiastic service, and commitment to excellence
