Job summary

STK Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Cocktail Server to join our high-energy front-of-house team. You will deliver elevated service, craft and serve beverages with precision, and contribute to a vibrant Vibe Dining experience in a luxury setting.

You should bring hospitality passion, strong knowledge of spirits and mixology, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required; training and growth opportunities are outstanding at STK Las

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology fundamentals.
• Experience in high-volume or upscale hospitality environments is preferred.
• Excellent guest focus and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced settings.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift trays up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and energetically to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take drink and appetizer orders promptly with accuracy.
• Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages with presentation excellence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings.

• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and FOH to maintain smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized cocktail station and stationed section.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently; uphold STK vibe and standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Cocktail Server at STK Steakhouse, you will be a key member of our high-energy front-of-house team. Your mission is to provide elevated and engaging service to our guests, deliver exceptional beverages with precision, and ensure an unforgettable Vibe Dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and energetic manner
• Take drink and appetizer orders promptly and accurately
• Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages with efficiency and presentation excellence
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and proper pairings
• Ensure all guest needs are anticipated and met with urgency and attention
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other FOH team members to maintain smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized cocktail serving station and assigned section
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Deliver the STK vibe through professional appearance, enthusiastic service, and commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology fundamentals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
• Impeccable communication skills and guest-focused mindset
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
