Job summary

Diamond Jo Dubuque is seeking a beverage server to greet and serve guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include circulating throughout the designated area, taking beverage orders, and maintaining an accurate financial bank.

Experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk for the duration of shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Job Description

• Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Circulate throughout assigned work station on a continuous basis, greeting guests in a friendly manner, taking beverage orders, and delivering beverages.
• Carry and balance full tray of beverages.
• Receive and understand beverage orders; relay drink orders to bartenders.
• Compute charges for orders and accept payment for same; maintain an accurate bank at all times.
• Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six (6) months of related experience preferred.
