Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by engaging with them in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
• Mix and serve drinks following Applebee's recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders and answer questions.
• Collect payment from guests using QR code or POS.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during shifts.
• Restock products at the start and end of shifts, including garnish prep.
• Use bar tools efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
