Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CockroachDB, Redis or ElastiCache.
• Experience managing databases on containers and understanding container concepts.
• Experience operating infrastructure services in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and APIs for developing and operationalizing AI driven applications.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with security, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, release schedules and post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades.
• Facilitate performance data analysis and capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements.
• Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge.
