Qualifications
- 4+ years of Vantage / WMA
- 4+ years with Cobol, JCL, Db2
- Experience with Vantage one /WMA Annuities
Responsibilities
- Experience working UL/ TRAD/ Annuities wmA (Wealth Management Advisor, Vantage-One which are large Life and Annuity Insurance Policy Administrative Systems.)
- Essential Job Functions Modifications of Annuities
- 5+ years of Vantage / WMA experience
- 5+ years with Cobol, JCL, Db2
- Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications
- Assists in coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provides support to other team members
- Assists in analyzing testing results in all phases
- Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify ‘intent of change’ is carried out through the entire project
- Ability to build out a plan from scratch using PW tables within Product Wizard
- Understanding of indexed products, system migrations, and conversions
- Consult in all phases of business process implementations from scope analysis to post-implementation evaluation using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Assist with change management, user training, and technical support for project teams
- Participate in the process of defining, documenting, and analyzing customer requirements, business processes and procedures
- Identify, research, and engage others in the research and resolution of complex customer and product implementation problems
- Assists with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Experience working with the technology industry
