NTT DATA, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a COBOL Mainframe Developer for a hybrid role. You will collaborate with business analysts and PMs to enhance systems and reporting, write and test COBOL, and manage batch processing with JCL.

The position requires hands-on COBOL/JCL experience, DB2 data support, and strong problem-solving skills. Banking domain knowledge is a plus in a fast-paced mainframe environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing system requests, performing system development and support for mainframe-based applications.
• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with COBOL, JCL, TCO, IBM DFSORT, Endevour, SD/SF, Savrs, NDM, File Manager.
• 4+ years with Banking and Financial Services domain.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to enhance the system and reporting for end users.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years with Banking and Financial Services domain.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in banking domain and with Hogan is a plus.
• CA7, Easytrive, MQ, ServiceNow.
