Summary

As a CI Process Pro, you will facilitate and implement process improvement projects within the business units at Tractor Operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced developer with extensive expertise in COBOL, specifically on the IBM iSeries platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of COBOL, be able to contribute immediately, and possess strong communication skills.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $70.00 /hour. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
