Cobalt Boats in Neodesha, KS, is seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for boats and marine components. The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes used in the production of boats and marine components. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery by analyzing production methods, implementing process improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
