Job summary

Carboline, a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer, seeks a Testing Technician to support the R&D lab in developing and evaluating high-performance coatings, linings, and fireproofing products. You will perform routine tests, document results, and assist with data analysis under supervision.

The role involves safety compliance, PPE, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A High School Diploma and chemistry exposure are preferred, with room to grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prefer 1 year of college-level Chemistry or 1 year lab experience.
• Must pass Jaeger Eye Test.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory instruments and perform testing according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and digital documentation.
• Grade test panels and record results.
• Assist with data collection and analysis for product performance.
