Job summary

Carboline is seeking a Technician in St. Louis to apply coatings to panels used by customers, Sales, and R&D, supporting testing and product evaluations while creating sales aids that showcase the Carboline brand.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of painting or coating experience, and the Jaeger Eye Test, with physical requirements and safety responsibilities integral to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of painting or coating application experience.
• Must pass a Jaeger Eye Test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare panels for coating using hand tools, power tools, and blasting cabinets.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment and spray systems for coatings.
• Document panel production and nuclear spray orders when certified.
• Maintain inventory of standard panel systems for internal/external requests.
• Assist with product evaluations, demonstrations, and training support.
