Job summary

Bradycorp is seeking a Product Development Technician to support lab prototyping, testing, data analysis, and scale-up trials. The role involves preparing and mixing coating formulations, performing drawdowns, and documenting results in electronic notebooks.

You will work under minimal supervision to develop areas of responsibility and specialize through on-the-job training, ensuring compliance with EH&S rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate results to staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix coating formulations using laboratory mixing equipment.
• Perform drawdowns of formulations using drawdown and drying equipment.
• Test material properties and performance of coatings, adhesives and films.
• Compile results and document in laboratory electronic notebook.
• Analyze data and communicate results to professional staff.
• Assist the chemist in preparing for pilot scale coating trials.
• Adhere to laboratory EH&S rules and Brady’s policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
