Elinor Coatings, LLC. seeks a motivated individual to assist in protective coating formulation and data management in a lab setting. You will formulate coatings, apply them to spec requirements, and learn ASTM standards while becoming proficient in substrate preparation and data reporting.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, data entry, and safe lab practices, with opportunities to participate in field testing and reporting to support DoD-related coating solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate coatings following written procedures
• Apply formulated coatings to specification requirements
• Learn and use ASTM and/or industry standards to evaluate coating properties
• Learn and perform proper substrate preparation
• Follow standard operating procedures for data acquisition and data entry
• Become familiar with database handling and report generating
• Maintain safe and clean workspaces consistent with environmental regulations and best practices
• Follow lab standard operating procedures
• Practice good chemical hygiene
• Follow proper cybersecurity protocols
• Participate in meetings and reports when appropriate
• Assist with field testing if needed
• Other duties as assigned
