• Communicate with production leads and supervisors regularly.
• Assess and train new employees.

Skills

NACE CIP Certification I or II

Math skills in imperial and metric systems

Read measuring tape and interpret work orders

Ability to work independently

Communication skills in English

Experience in structural steel operations

Education

HS Diploma (preferred)
