Qualifications

• Inspect abrasive blasting and measure ambient conditions like temperature, humidity, and dew point.
• Verify wet film thickness (WFT) during application and measure dry film thickness (DFT) after curing using non-destructive tools.
• Conduct holiday (pinhole) testing, adhesion testing, and surface profile measurements.
• Ensure work adheres to project specifications, industry standards (AMPP, SSPC, ASTM) and naval requirements (NAVSEA) and maintain detailed daily quality control logs.
