Job summary

UW Solutions in McKees Rocks, PA is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Process Operator to join our coating manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, follow established procedures, and ensure safety and quality throughout the shift.

You will measure raw materials, record production data, and collaborate with the team to meet production goals while adhering to PPE requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor coating production equipment.
• Follow established procedures.
• Measure and add raw materials according to production specifications.
• Maintain accurate production logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing tanks, heating vessels, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Measure and add raw materials according to production specifications.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, gauges, and process controls.
• Collect product samples and perform basic testing to verify quality.
• Make process adjustments based on test results and equipment readings.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, hazards, or other issues.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment logs.
• Follow safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Work with the production team to maintain quality and meet production goals.
