Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and work orders.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely in a production setting and comply with all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fill, label, and package products according to guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Complete job sheets and production documentation accurately.
• Attach identification labels and markings to finished products, including lot numbers and shipping information.
• Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products to verify quality and packaging specs.
• Set up, operate, clean, and tear down packaging equipment as required.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust for consistent product quality.
• Stop or reset equipment when malfunctions occur and report issues.
• Remove finished products from lines and separate non-conforming materials.
• Operate powered pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
