You will work across formulation, manufacturing troubleshooting, batch scale-up, and customer support for multiple product lines, with visibility and ownership beyond a traditional lab role.

Qualifications

• Real-world bench experience in paints and coatings.
• BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Hands-on mentality and comfort in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulation and reformulation support for multiple coating chemistries.
• Manufacturing troubleshooting and batch/scale-up support.
• Technical customer support and collaboration with sales and operations.
• Raw material evaluation and substitutions.
