BrandSafway is seeking a Foreperson to supervise direct field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role emphasizes field take-offs, material requisitions, logistics, and thorough pre-job planning.

The successful candidate will typically have at least five years of supervisory experience in the trades, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and hazard awareness. This position reports to a field supervisor and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Capable of supervising eight to fifteen workers.
• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field and in the supervision craft personnel.
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
