Qualifications

• Formation en ingénierie pertinente est requise.
• 1 - 3 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs de l'usinage ou de l'hydrocarbure.
• Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins techniques.

Responsibilities

• Installer et faire fonctionner des équipements HVOF et TWAS.
• Préparation de la surface avant le processus de revêtement.
• Documenter les activités de production sur des rapports d'inspection.

Job description

• Basic UP$2500 + Transport allowance + Night shift allowance + OT

• Company located at Tuas

• Morning shift 8am – 5pm & Saturday: 8am – 12pm

• Night shift 8pm – 6pm

Job Scope

• Set up and operate HVOF and TWAS equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Read and interpret process control routers (PCR), engineering drawings, procedures and specifications.
• Surface preparation on material for the coating process using blasting equipment.
• Follow technical specifications, monitor and adjust HVOF and TWAS machine settings for optimal performance and perform coating.
• Perform grinding on the coating to achieve the required thickness.
• Measure thickness of coating using calibrated measuring equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVOF and TWAS equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Document production activities on PCR and inspection reports and maintain legible and accurate records.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

Requirement

• NTC / Nitec or Diploma in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the metal machining or oil and gas industries
