Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an on-site production quality operator to visually inspect deck boards, measure against specifications, and follow QA instructions.

You will report quality issues, manage labeling and packing steps, and assist in meeting production schedules on a 12-hour shift. You should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read technical documents, operate coating and conveyor equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, interpret technical documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect pre- and post-production deck boards to required quality standards.
• Use measurement tools to confirm quality specifications.
• Read and follow QA inspection instructions to ensure a quality product.
• Notify supervisor promptly if quality issues arise.
• Coordinate with team to ensure efficient workflow and timely material movement.
