Atlas Gunworks, based in Shelburne, VT, is seeking a dedicated team member to join our craftspeople in finishing gun components. The role centers on tumbling, blasting, prepping, and applying coatings to precision parts, with emphasis on attention to detail and steady hands.

You will work in a fast-paced shop environment, following detailed instructions and maintaining high quality standards in every step of the finishing process.

• Parts Prep: Pre-blend various small parts for the sanding team, as well as blend core parts for a flush even finish.
• Coating: Ensuring a smooth even finish on all black parts.

What You’ll Do

• Tumbling: Operating tumbling equipment using various methods and formulas.
• Sand Blasting: Blasting parts to ensure a clean finish to proceed to coating.
• Parts Prep: Pre-blend various small parts for the sanding team, as well as blend core parts for a flush even finish.
• Coating: Ensuring a smooth even finish on all black parts.
