Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a Paint Tech to manage coating operations from chemical handling to application, including quality checks and PPE policy adherence.

The role requires ownership of the E-Coat or Powder coat area, ability to work with limited supervision, and a commitment to safety. Training will expand coating knowledge and skills in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Familiar with industrial paints and safety regulations.
• Experience with respirators and fresh air hoods.
• Ability to read Pretreatment & Paint SDS and TD sheets.
• Experience with storm water permits or wastewater functions.
• Track paint and solvent usage and document it.

Responsabilidades

• Own the E-Coat or Powder coat process area with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine quality checks and maintain documentation.
• Follow all SOPs and PPE policies in the facility.
• Safely store paints and solvents in approved cabinets.
• Assist with PMs on paint equipment and filters as needed.
