Job summary

You will determine material needs, analyze plant performance, and implement process improvements to boost throughput and coating integrity. A Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 2+ years in protective coating is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in protective coating processes and procedures.
• Experience in installation and commissioning of coating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee installation and commissioning of coating systems.
• Analyze coating plant performance to identify defects or quality issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement improvements to throughput and coating integrity.
• Develop reliability strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Establish and validate coating QA methodologies and testing protocols.
• Develop technical procedures and train personnel on coating parameters and standards.
