Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in East Longmeadow MA is seeking an EPS/Spray Line Operator for Tue–Fri, 6:00am–4:30pm. You will operate coating, printing, and packaging machinery, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate reporting of production data. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to use numbers including decimals
• Mechanical ability/aptitude
• Light physical effort required (5–25 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Select work according to priority.
• Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain coating, printing, and packaging machinery.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions.
• Report production data to supervision.
• Report faulty equipment or materials to supervision.
• Move products between workstations or inventories.
• Identify priorities and move between painting, printing, or packaging workstations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean, organized work area.
• Communicate problems and solutions to coworkers.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Perform TPM activities as assigned.
