Starting Pay $75,000- $90,000.00 /year DOE

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing cost‑effective manufacturing processes that consistently meet product specifications, quality standards, and business objectives. Serving as a key liaison between R&D, Engineering, and Operations, this role drives the advancement of PTFE‑coated fabric processes while supporting new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Working directly within the plant environment, the Process Engineer identifies opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and process capability, reduce waste, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in advancing operational excellence and supporting the company’s continued growth.
