You will inspect finished work for color match and thickness, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while supporting a safe, efficient production environment. Education requires a high school diploma or GED, with technical training in industrial painting or related fields being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in industrial painting, powder coating, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mask, clean, paint, and finish metal components and other surfaces.
• Operate industrial spray equipment and paint systems to apply high-quality coatings.
• Inspect painted products for quality, color consistency, coating thickness, and finish defects.
• Troubleshoot coating issues and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on paint equipment, spray guns, booths, filters, and related systems.
• Assist with 5S, housekeeping, and paint booth cleaning activities.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Support production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production and quality concerns.
