Domico Med-Device in Michigan is seeking a Coating Operator for the 1st shift. You will complete painting, coating, and finishing processes using industrial spray guns and screen printing to produce high-quality medical device components.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Overtime as needed; 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with strong growth opportunities in a clean, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Using industrial spray guns to paint and coat components according to specifications.
• Applying paint and coatings to foam and carbon fiber materials.
• Performing screen printing on components as required.
• Preparing materials and surfaces for painting and coating.
• Following work instructions and established processes to ensure consistent results.
• Inspecting finished parts for coverage, appearance, defects, and overall quality.
• Measuring and verifying components as needed to meet specifications.
• Identifying quality concerns and communicating issues to the appropriate team members.
