Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Concord, NC is seeking a Coating Machine Operator to operate coating equipment and produce high-quality ink ribbons. You will perform changeovers, conduct quality inspections, and collaborate with the production team to meet specifications.

The role requires at least 1 year of machine-operating experience in manufacturing, familiarity with precision instruments, and ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Chemical mixing or blending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating machines following safety and operating procedures.
• Produce precisely coated ink ribbons per specifications.
• Perform product changeovers and cleaning of equipment.
• Measure and charge ink and solvents accurately.
• Monitor coating systems for consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality tests on finished products.
