Shift available:

• 2nd Shift - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, M-F

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
• Must be able to measure and interpret measurements up to 1/16 of an inch with a standard ruler (must pass a pre-employment ruler test).
• Minimum of 6 months of Lamination Machine or Coating Machine experience using solvent and/or solvent-less adhesives and/or training.
• Working knowledge of walk-behind and sitting forklifts is a PLUS.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with others.
• Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
• Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, maneuver large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds using equipment daily. Must be able to lift, walk, sit, stand, pull, stretch, reach, squat, bend, crouch, and kneel throughout the entire shift without accommodations.
• Must tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.

The Coating Machine Operator at Technipaq is responsible for producing quality coatings consistently. They manage the machine and workers at all times and perform other tasks to ensure the machine operates at the highest level, producing a quality product according to customer specifications. The Operator reports to the Production Supervisor but interacts with all levels of the company to ensure customer specifications are met.
