Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Coating Line Operator for the 1st shift in Leominster, MA. You will operate and monitor the coating line machinery to ensure efficient production and quality control, reporting discrepancies and maintaining safety standards.

You will perform routine maintenance and assist in training new team members while collaborating with the team to optimize processes and achieve production goals on the 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift at a fast-paced manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Operate and monitor the coating line machinery to ensure efficient production.
