Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. is seeking a Production Helper / Coating Line Helper in Gurnee, IL for a temp-to-hire role. The position supports set-up, processing, cleaning, and operating coating materials for production runs.

You will work 8:00am-4:30pm, $20.00 per hour, Monday–Thursday, in a clean room environment handling polyester and synthetic polymers with strict PPE/ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in clean room work environment, or other plastics processing equipment.
• Experience with materials such as polyesters and synthetic polymers.

Responsibilities

• Record all process parameters during production run, monitoring material levels.
• Work safely and comply with PPE guidelines and Clean Room ISO procedures.
• Coating Helpers perform basic process checks and quality checks to safely produce quality coated sheet.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Complete 5S tasks and checklists as assigned.
• Employee may be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Production Helper

Coating Line Helper

• Work safely at all times, comply with all Personal Protection Equipment guidelines, and Clean Room ISO procedures and guidelines
• Coating Helpers perform basic process checks, and quality checks to safely produce quality coated sheet
• Responsible for recording all process parameters during production run, monitoring material levels
• Assists with basic cleaning tasks as assigned
• Completes 5S tasks and checklists as assigned
• Employee may be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Essential skills and experience:

• Excellent attendance
• Able to work independently through entire process
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• Communicate via verbal and written technical information like pressures, temperatures, dimensions, materials, and other specifications
• Follow written and verbal instructions in the English language
• Read and understand written Standardized Work Instruction Sheets
