Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload rolls on coating equipment, preparing materials.
• Monitor product quality, edge trim, color consistency, and width specs.
• Prepare materials for jobs, gathering cores and resin as needed.
• Support changeovers by handling rolls, adjusting equipment, and ensuring supplies are ready.
• Perform measurements and adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Track production details and complete basic recordkeeping.
• Help keep supplies stocked so production never slows down.
• Assist with quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Step in to provide additional support the team during breaks or absences.
