Job summary

IPG is seeking a Lamination Operator in our Coating Department in Springfield, OH. You will support the production team by handling materials, loading rolls, and helping maintain quality throughout the coating process.

This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to on-time delivery and assist with changeovers while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Comfort in a hands-on, manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload rolls on coating equipment and prepare materials for production.
• Assist team members in monitoring product quality, including edge trim and color consistency.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and gather cores and resin as needed.
• Support changeovers by handling rolls and adjusting equipment.
• Perform measurements and adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and track production details.
