You will prepare detailed reports, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and collaborate with contractors to resolve them in a timely manner. This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving approach, as well as the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Certification: NACE Level 1/ 2 certification and OSHA 30 are required.
• Experience: Previous experience in coating inspection or a related field is highly preferred.
• Technical Writing: Strong writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in creating and managing electronic documents, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Organization: Well-organized and able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and addressing issues quickly, especially when dealing with contractors.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves physically demanding tasks, including:
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive motions.
• Using hands to handle materials, reach, climb, balance, crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel, and sit.
• Must have strong sensory abilities, including vision (close, distance, peripheral, and depth) and smell.
• Regularly lifting or moving up to 40 pounds, frequently lifting up to 60-80 pounds, and occasionally moving more than 100 pounds.

Qualifications
