Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for prepping the aluminum surface of the rollers and applying proprietary coatings to WINertia TM rollers. You will ensure each product meets our high-quality standards before shipping to customers. You will work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the coating process.
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including one-piece flow and 6S workplace organization. Experience running parts in a fast-paced production environment is highly beneficial, along with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
