Job summary

TRCC is seeking a Production Worker for the coater line in Dalton, GA. You will work on the rolled goods production line including positions such as Sew On, Roll Up, Blanket, Applicator Operator, and QC, ensuring adherence to company standards in a plant setting.

Position requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and working in varying temperatures with mandatory on-site work. Starting wage is $19.00/hour with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pass fitness for duty, drug screen and TB test post offer.
• Set up, operate, and monitor rolled goods coating machinery.
• Perform continual checks to ensure proper machine functionality and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and adjust temperature, speed, backing gauge, coating weights and coverage, trim knife width, etc.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects.
• Assist in maintenance and general housekeeping of equipment and production areas.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• All work is onsite; no remote work for this position.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
