Job summary

LifePort is seeking entry-level Production Full Time Craft Workers in Woodland, WA. This role focuses on learning spray coating and finishing of armor protection systems, starting with primer and topcoats and progressing as skills grow.

You will use a computer-based data collection system, gain familiarity with ERP software, and collaborate with a safety‑minded team to maintain clean, organized work areas. Physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production a plus.
• Able to learn coating and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn to coat Armor protection systems.
• Prepare surfaces by smoothing and sanding.
• Spray primer and topcoats as directed.
• Collect data using a computer-based system.
• Mix multiple component paints and topcoats.

Production Full Time Craft Workers Woodland, WA, US

$17.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Position Overview:

Entry-level position to be able to learn how to spray coating and finish or refinish equipment to specified color or finish by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to learn to coat Armor protection systems
• Understand the basics of how to smooth and sand surface for finishing
• Ability to learn how to prepare and spray primer and topcoats on work piece
• Computer based data collection
• Ability to learn how to mix multiple component paints and topcoats
• Other duties may be assigned

Education, Certifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and up to one years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
