THE JOB:
As a Coat Check Attendant , your primary role will be to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor. You will ensure that guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive, handling their belongings with care and efficiency while maintaining an organized and secure check area. Your welcoming smile and attentiveness will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience, leaving a lasting impression as they enjoy their time at the venue.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner, maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearance
• Provide a high level of guest service to all guests and co-workers
• Collect, transport, store, and return coats and jackets for guests
• Orient guests to property and provide multiple Company offerings
• Complete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related forms

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to w ork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• 2+ years of prior Guest Service experience
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and outgoing personality and can work independently
