Job description

Job Title: Coaster Coffee Barista

As a Coaster Coffee barista, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in your daily interactions with our guests. You are expected to adapt quickly to the changing needs within the store. You may start by preparing beverages at the Frappuccino station and then rotate to the espresso bar as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare coffee and tea beverages for guests.
2. Operate the register and process transactions, with knowledge of the menu and substitutions to properly mark cups for drink preparation.
3. Learn to operate equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and coffee machines.
4. Maintain a clean workspace and assist in store upkeep during downtime to ensure efficiency during busy times.
5. Adhere to food safety procedures at all times.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests.
