Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a resort or high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service standards.

• Commitment to quality, consistency, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests.
• Interact with guests to recommend menu items and enhance the experience.
• Use POS to take orders and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and ensure quality and compliance.
• Set up, stock, and sanitize bar area; assist with light food service as needed.
• Support and coordinate with team members across Food & Beverage outlets.
