Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ABET program; master’s preferred.
• PE license required or by 6 months of employment.
• 7–12 years in coastal or civil engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and design of coastal projects including shoreline protection.
• Develop reports, drawings, specifications, bid packages, and permit applications.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC across deliverables per JMT standards.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage with clients and regulators to align projects with permits and requirements.
