Job summary

Ocean Beach Health in Washington state is seeking a Radiologic Tech to join our team on the scenic Long Beach Peninsula. You will work with radiologists and practitioners to obtain high-quality radiographs that support accurate interpretation, while upholding department policies and patient safety.

Applicants must be ARRT-certified with WA licensure and CPR, and be prepared to collaborate in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with active registration (or in good standing).
• Current WA State license to practice radiologic technology.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Positions patients for appropriate radiographic views and operates imaging equipment.
• Produces high-quality radiographs for interpretation following policy and safety standards.
• Assists radiologists and practitioners during procedures and patient care.
• Manages equipment operation and image processing with attention to radiation safety.
• Maintains patient records and completes required documentation per protocol.
• Rotates through departments and participates in on-call imaging as needed.
