• In this role, you’ll manage a full spectrum of primary care needs that arise during evening and weekend hours—offering vital access for working families, students, and individuals with busy schedules. You’ll be part of a supportive, well‑established practice that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and community‑focused care.

You’ll join a welcoming and professional team consisting of:

• 2 Physicians
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• 1–2 Medical Assistants
• Dedicated Clerical/Front‑Office Support

This team‑based environment ensures you have the support you need to focus on what matters most—exceptional patient care.

Your schedule will align with times when patients most commonly need alternative access to care:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• NO CALL- 100% Outpatient Clinic
