In this role, you'll care for both new and established patients, managing acute concerns, follow-up visits, and routine primary care needs. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and APPs in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

McLeod Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Primary Care team in the rapidly growing Carolina Forest community of Myrtle Beach, SC. This PRN opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys providing comprehensive care in a collaborative outpatient setting while maintaining scheduling flexibility.

In this role

In this role, you'll care for both new and established patients, managing acute concerns, follow-up visits, and routine primary care needs. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and APPs in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

You'll be joining a well-established Primary Care team consisting of:

• 4 Physicians
• 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Approximately 30 Clinical and Administrative Team Members

This team-based atmosphere provides the support and resources needed to help you provide outstanding care while practicing at the top of your license.

Schedule Highlights

• PRN Position- "as needed"
• Saturday Coverage: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Flexible Weekday Shifts
• 1–2 Evening Shifts Available
• No Call Responsibilities
• 100% Outpatient / Ambulatory Practice

Practice Details

• Care for new and established primary care patients
• Manage acute and follow-up visits
• Average patient volume of 12–16 patients per 4-hour block
• Comprehensive onboarding including:
• Shadowing experienced APPs
• Physician mentorship and orientation
• Team-based onboarding process
