Job summary

AdventHealth Daytona Beach seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRn or PA-C) to join its established Neurosurgery team serving East Volusia. The role combines clinic and operating room responsibilities with strong physician collaboration in a mission-driven health system.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of APP experience, neurosurgery and stroke exposure, and possibly fellowship training. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C with neurosurgery focus.
• 3+ years APP experience preferred.
• Fellowship in Neurosurgery is a plus.
• Stroke experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical-focused neurosurgery position with some OR responsibilities.
• Established neurosurgery practice with strong physician collaboration.
• Dedicated office space and experienced support staff.
• Approximately 13-15 patients per day.
• Call 1-2 weekends per month.
