Job summary

Coastal Marine Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Project Manager to lead complex marine infrastructure projects, including piers, wharves, cofferdams, and pile driving operations. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a relentless commitment to safety and quality across multi-site coastal jobs.

This position requires 10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction with PM experience and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Expertise in pile driving, dredging, cofferdam construction, and marine foundations.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors on complex projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required).
• PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and ensure alignment with plans, timelines, and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and field challenges.
• Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and improvement.
