Qualifications

• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock prep and line stations.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Prep, season, and cook food according to recipes, quantity calls, and specifications.
