Sage Hospitality is opening Coastal Farmer at the Dune House concept and seeks a reliable server to provide prompt and courteous service. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on local harvest flavors and a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and staying informed about menu items and daily specials to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Prior serving experience of 3 months or more preferred.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders, serving accurately.
• Be attentive to guests throughout dining experience and follow service standards.
• Restock and perform opening/closing sidework as needed.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wait station, and service areas.
